Role overview

What you’ll do

• Support strategies and processes that drive store sales and customer-centric results.
• Recruit, hire, and develop productive Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own an assigned area of responsibility and implement plans to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the brand and understand the competition and retail landscape; promote community involvement.
• Use omnichannel capabilities to deliver a frictionless customer experience and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Coach team members to support a high-performing team and strong customer experience.

Who you are

• Current or former retail employee with 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Good communicator able to interact effectively with customers and the team to meet goals.
• Passionate about retail, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and driven by metrics.
• Able to lead, inspire, coach, and mentor others.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Able to utilize retail technology, move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to travel as required.

Hourly pay

• Hourly pay range is $26.60–$35.90; employee pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location.
• Pay will meet the applicable minimum wage or minimum of the pay range, whichever is higher, based on local requirements.
