What you’ll do
- Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and results with a customer-centric mindset.
- Recruit, hire, and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
- Own an assigned area of responsibility and implement plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Perform Service Leader duties and ensure standard operating procedures are consistently followed.
- Represent the brand and understand the competition and retail landscape; promote community involvement.
- Use omnichannel capabilities to deliver a frictionless customer experience and ensure compliance standards are met.
- Teach and coach team members to support a high-performing team and customer experience.
Who you are
- Current or former retail employee with 1–3 years of retail management experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Good communicator able to interact effectively with customers and the team.
- Passionate about retail, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and driven by metrics.
- Able to lead, inspire, coach, and mentor others.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
- Able to use retail technology, move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to travel as required.
Compensation
- Hourly range is $26.60–$35.90; pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill, competencies, and work location.
