What you'll do
- Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and results with a customer-centric mindset.
- Recruit, hire, and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams; own an assigned area of responsibility.
- Implement action plans to improve efficiency and productivity; perform Service Leader duties.
- Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures and compliance standards.
- Represent the brand, understand the competition and retail landscape, and promote community involvement.
- Leverage omni-channel capabilities to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
Who you are
- Current or former retail employee with 1–3 years of retail management experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Effective communicator with customers and team; passionate about retail and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Metrics-driven and able to lead, coach, and mentor others.
- Available for a flexible schedule including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
- Able to use retail technology, move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, lift up to 30 pounds, and travel as required.
Hourly range
- Hourly range is $26.60–$35.90; pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location.
