Supports store strategy execution and coaches Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to deliver a strong customer experience.
What you'll do
- Support sales strategies and customer-centric store results.
- Recruit, hire, and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
- Own an assigned area and implement action plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Perform Service Leader duties and ensure consistent standard operating procedure execution.
- Represent the brand and understand the competition and retail landscape.
- Promote community involvement and use omnichannel capabilities to improve customer experience.
- Ensure compliance standards are met.
Who you are
- Current or former retail employee with 1–3 years of retail management experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Communicates effectively with customers and the team; can lead, coach, and mentor others.
- Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and uses metrics to meet business goals.
- Can work a flexible schedule, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
- Can use retail technology, maneuver across store areas, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Able to travel as required.
Hourly pay
- Hourly pay range is $26.60–$35.90; pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and work location.
