Supports store strategy and drives profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development.
Works with the General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager to coach store team members and achieve performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Support sales strategies and customer-centric store performance.
- Recruit, hire, develop, coach, and mentor Brand Associates and Experts.
- Own an assigned area; implement action plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Perform Service Leader duties and ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
- Represent the brand, understand competitors and the retail landscape, and promote community involvement.
- Use omnichannel capabilities to improve customer experience and ensure compliance.
Candidate qualifications
- Current or former retail employee with 1–3 years of retail management experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills; able to lead, coach, and inspire others.
- Results-oriented, comfortable using metrics, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Able to use retail technology and work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
- Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, lift up to 30 pounds, and travel as required.
