Drives profitable sales growth across customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development.
Supports store strategy execution and performance goals in collaboration with the General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager.
What you'll do
- Support sales-driving strategies and processes with a customer-centric mindset.
- Recruit, hire, and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams; own an assigned area of responsibility.
- Implement action plans to maximize efficiency and productivity and perform Service Leader duties.
- Ensure consistent standard operating procedure execution and compliance.
- Represent the brand, understand the competition and retail landscape, and promote community involvement.
- Leverage omnichannel capabilities for a frictionless customer experience.
- Teach and coach Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to build a high-performing team.
Who you are
- Current or former retail employee with 1–3 years of retail management experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Communicates effectively with customers and team members to meet goals.
- Passionate about retail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and uses metrics to achieve business goals.
- Able to lead, inspire, coach, and mentor others.
- Available for a flexible schedule, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
- Able to use retail technology, move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Able to travel as required.
