What you'll do
- Support sales strategies and customer-centric results.
- Recruit, hire, and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams; own an assigned area.
- Implement action plans, perform Service Leader duties, and ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
- Represent the brand, understand the competition, and promote community involvement.
- Use omni-channel capabilities to support a frictionless customer experience and ensure compliance.
- Teach and coach team members to build a high-performing team.
Who you are
- Current or former retail employee with 1–3 years of retail management experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Effective communicator who can interact with customers and the team to meet goals.
- Passionate about retail, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and driven by metrics.
- Able to lead, inspire, coach, and mentor others.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends.
- Able to use retail technology, move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Able to travel as required.
Hourly pay
- Hourly range is $26.60–$35.90; actual pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and work location.

Work setting
