Responsibilities
- Drive profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development.
- Support strategies that deliver store sales and results through a customer-centric mindset.
- Recruit, hire, develop, coach, and mentor Brand Associates, Experts, and Leads.
- Own an assigned area, perform Service Leader duties, and implement plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure standard operating procedures and compliance standards are consistently followed.
- Represent the brand, understand the competition and retail landscape, and promote community involvement.
- Use omnichannel capabilities to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
Candidate qualifications
- Current or former retail employee with 1–3 years of retail management experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent; effective communication with customers and teammates.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, use metrics to meet business goals, and lead and inspire others through coaching and mentoring.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
- Able to use retail technology, maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to travel as required.
Hourly pay
- Hourly range is $26.60–$35.90; pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location.
