What you'll do
- Support sales strategies and customer-centric processes.
- Recruit, hire, and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams; own an assigned area.
- Implement action plans for efficiency and productivity; perform Service Leader duties.
- Ensure standard operating procedures and compliance standards are consistently followed.
- Represent the brand, understand the competition and retail landscape, and promote community involvement.
- Leverage omnichannel capabilities to provide a frictionless customer experience.
Who you are
- Current or former retail employee with 1–3 years of retail management experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent; communicates effectively with customers and teammates.
- Passionate about retail, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and driven by metrics.
- Able to lead, coach, and mentor others.
- Available for a flexible schedule, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
- Able to use retail technology, move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Able to travel as required.
Hourly pay
- Hourly range is $26.60–$35.90.
- Pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location; applicable minimum wage or pay-range minimum will be met, whichever is higher.
