What you'll do
- Support sales strategies and processes with a customer-centric mindset; recruit, hire, and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
- Own an assigned area and implement action plans to maximize efficiency and productivity; perform Service Leader duties.
- Ensure standard operating procedures and compliance standards are consistently followed.
- Represent the brand, understand competitors and the retail landscape, and promote community involvement.
- Use omnichannel capabilities to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
- Support store strategy and performance goals with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager; teach and coach team members.
Who you are
- Current or former retail employee with 1–3 years of retail management experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent; able to communicate effectively with customers and the team.
- Passionate about retail, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and driven by metrics to meet business goals.
- Able to lead, inspire, coach, and mentor others.
- Available for a flexible schedule including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
- Able to use retail technology, maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to travel as required.
Compensation
- Hourly pay range is $26.60–$35.90; pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and work location.
