Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Campus Solutions, HCM, and Finance ERP modules.
- Support analysis, design, construction, implementation, and documentation of IT applications for ERP business operations.
- Analyze and document business requirements; design, test, and maintain data-processing solutions.
- Develop procedures to maintain ERP system and database integrity; ensure compliance with ITIL standards and data-management rules.
- Manage user access in accordance with policies and define user needs with end users across modules.
- Plan ERP functional support projects and coordinate timely completion with stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot application and database issues and liaise with business, technical staff, and vendors.
- Prepare ERP reports, monitor ITIL compliance, and design and deliver user training materials.
- Stay current on mandated technologies and emerging software trends; align system work with best practices.
Qualifications and languages
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field required.
- At least five years of relevant experience in IT or a related field required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English required.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic preferred.
