AI Software Engineer - Full Stack Developer (Java, React)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Contribute to AI architectures and integrate RAG, agents, and automation into microservices and enterprise platforms.
• Implement Spec-Driven Development templates and governance in delivery workflows; build agentic AI use cases and responsible AI guardrails.
• Deliver production-grade integrations for LLMs, retrieval, and embeddings within Java and Spring Boot services.
• Ensure observability, version management, and CI/CD readiness for prompts, models, and specifications.
• Deploy and operate solutions on AKS and Azure, applying stability and security best practices.
• Assist with KPI tracking for AI-enabled delivery adoption, quality, and risk; share playbooks, training, and mentoring.
• Implement security, data-handling controls, and responsible AI constraints in production.

Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring or Spring Boot, and microservices; experience with React.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, databases (preferably Oracle/PLSQL), Kafka, and Git-based workflows.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in LLM-based solutions, RAG architectures, or agentic systems in production or enterprise pilots.
• Understanding of Spec-Driven Development concepts and governance practices.
• Experience with Azure services, including AKS and Web Apps, and CI/CD pipelines; GitLab is preferred.
• Familiarity with LLM providers, prompt engineering, and evaluation and testing techniques.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams.
• Enterprise Spec-Driven Development experience and knowledge of AI-pipeline observability and secure rollouts are preferred.
