Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Abu Dhabi.

The Administrative Assistant will manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, organizing files, and preparing routine correspondence and reports.

The role will support leaders and teams with executive-level administrative tasks such as travel coordination, meeting logistics, and document preparation.

Responsibilities

also include greeting visitors, handling incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and ensuring a professional office environment.

The Administrative Assistant will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, assist with basic data entry and record-keeping, and help coordinate events or team activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • An associate or bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Speaking fluent Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support daily operations and senior leaders.
