Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant Project Coordinator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The role involves supporting project coordination activities, managing schedules, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless administrative operations.

You will assist with project planning, tracking deliverables, analyzing data, and producing reports while collaborating closely with teams to facilitate the successful execution of projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Coordination and Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient Analytical Skills to gather, review, and interpret project-related data for informed decision-making.
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, document management, and office organization.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
