Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Temporary – 1 Month)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Employment Type: Temporary (1 Month Contract)
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant for a short-term assignment of one month. The selected candidate will support daily office operations and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow during the contract period.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist with data entry and documentation
- Prepare reports and basic documents
- Coordinate with team members and external parties
- Handle office supplies and basic office tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under a short-term contract
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
Pay: QAR2,500.00 per month
