Junior Accountant & Admin Assistant
About This Role
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant & Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting tasks while also handling general administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining financial records and bookkeeping
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and basic reports
- Assist in bank reconciliations
- Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative documents
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients when required
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting/admin roles (freshers may also apply)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
