Admin Assistant
About This Role
Rich Chocolatier is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, energetic, and capable of coordinating effectively with the Operations Manager and Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support
- Manage, monitor, and follow up on emails and correspondence
- Coordinate tasks between the Operations Manager and Sales Team
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with basic Canva designs (presentations, simple marketing materials)
- Handle data entry, record keeping, and documentation
- Support general office operations and workflow
Requirements
- Arabic nationality
- Female candidate (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of Canva
- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR3,500.00 per month
