About This Role

Rich Chocolatier is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, energetic, and capable of coordinating effectively with the Operations Manager and Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support
  • Manage, monitor, and follow up on emails and correspondence
  • Coordinate tasks between the Operations Manager and Sales Team
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Assist with basic Canva designs (presentations, simple marketing materials)
  • Handle data entry, record keeping, and documentation
  • Support general office operations and workflow

Requirements

  • Arabic nationality
  • Female candidate (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of Canva
  • Good mathematical and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,500.00 per month
