Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
About This Role
AISS is looking for a reliable and well-organized Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to manage front desk operations while supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be professional, presentable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office coordination
- Handle travel arrangements (flight bookings, hotel reservations, itineraries)
- Coordinate visa processing and documentation for employees and visitors
- Oversee company vehicle management (tracking, maintenance coordination, usage records)
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
HR Support:
- Assist the HR team with administrative tasks as needed
- Support onboarding documentation and employee records
- Coordinate staff-related logistics when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Presentable, reliable, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience .
- Knowledge of visa and travel coordination processes.
- Can join Immediately.
