Key Responsibilities

- Monitor fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and service records
- Provide general administrative support (filing, documentation, reporting)
- Handle correspondence, data entry, and preparation of reports
- Assist in coordinating office activities and operational requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation coordination and/or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of local routes and logistics in Qatar is an advantage
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: QAR2,900.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
