Role overview
Design and deliver holistic programs supporting guests' physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Combine fitness, yoga, meditation, and lifestyle practices to create engaging resort experiences.
Guest instruction and experience
- Conduct group and individual yoga, meditation, Pilates, stretching, breathwork, or mindfulness sessions.
- Tailor wellness and lifestyle guidance to guest needs and encourage participation across experience levels.
- Educate guests on holistic practices they can continue beyond their stay.
Program development
- Design a wellness activity calendar aligned with guest profiles, brand positioning, and seasonal events.
- Coordinate with Spa, Fitness, and Entertainment teams on integrated offerings.
- Develop or support signature programs, retreats, and themed events.
Operations and guest engagement
- Keep wellness spaces clean, safe, and ready, maintain equipment, and follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Build guest connections, encourage wellness participation, and collect feedback to improve the experience.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 2–3 years as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer.
- Recognized certification in Fitness Training, Personal Training, or a related discipline.
- Luxury-hospitality experience is preferred; pre-opening experience is a plus.
- Additional yoga, Pilates, or specialized wellness certifications are advantageous.
Skills and competencies
- Strong knowledge of fitness techniques, training programs, and wellness practices.
- Communication, interpersonal, motivation, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and maintain safety and service quality.
