Web Strategy and Roadmap
- Own the end-to-end web strategy, roadmap, and website performance.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into a prioritised roadmap.
- Lead web projects from scoping through launch with design, content, development, and external vendors.
- Manage timelines, priorities, delivery expectations, and risks.
Experimentation and Conversion
- Design, execute, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, forms, CTAs, and user flows.
- Maintain a testing roadmap prioritised by impact and effort and report results to stakeholders.
- Apply hypothesis definition, sample sizing, and statistical significance in experiment design.
Search and Measurement
- Set direction for SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation through the SEO Specialist.
- Factor organic search and AI-driven answer experiences into site structure, content planning, and launches.
- Monitor site performance using Google Analytics 4, dashboards, and actionable insights.
- Track traffic, engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution, page speed, mobile experience, accessibility, and broken links.
Collaboration and Team Oversight
- Partner with SEO, content, demand generation, product marketing, and sales teams.
- Coordinate with the US-based Digital Experience lead on priorities, intake, status, escalations, and communication.
- Provide direction, review, and quality oversight to the India web development, design, and SEO team.
- Maintain schedule overlap with US business hours on several days each week.
Experience and Qualifications
- 6–9 years of experience in web strategy, digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation experience, including statistical significance interpretation.
- Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and content SEO and familiarity with AEO practices.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, including custom reports, funnels, and attribution.
- Working knowledge of Webflow for scoping, build review, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform.
- Strong project management, prioritisation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
