UI/UX Designer

Role overview

Design and delivery

• Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI for web pages, landing pages, and digital experiences in Figma.
• Translate business goals and user needs into user flows and information architecture.
• Design landing pages and campaign assets for marketing and demand generation initiatives.
• Design A/B test variants for key pages and conversion flows.

Design systems and validation

• Create and maintain a design system and component library for visual consistency.
• Apply brand standards across typography, colour, iconography, and imagery.
• Follow WCAG accessibility practices and optimize designs for performance.
• Contribute to user research and usability testing and use analytics and test results to prioritize improvements.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with web development on accurate, responsive implementation and clean handoffs.
• Partner with marketing, product marketing, and sales stakeholders to gather requirements and present concepts.
• Explain design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Maintain sufficient overlap with US business hours on some days for collaboration, reviews, and handoffs.

Required experience

• 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in web or digital marketing.
• Strong Figma proficiency, including components, auto layout, and prototyping.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual design, typography, and layout skills.
• Understanding of responsive design, UX best practices, user flows, and information architecture.
• Ability to translate business and marketing goals into clear, user-centred solutions.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual polish.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience with a strong portfolio.
• Webflow experience is preferred.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is preferred.
• User research, usability testing, A/B testing, conversion optimization, SEO-friendly page structure, and relevant industry experience are advantageous.
