Waterproofing duties
- Apply waterproofing systems to roofs, basements, bathrooms, and other areas.
- Inspect surfaces for leakage or seepage; prepare surfaces, repair cracks, and apply coatings.
- Use materials and tools correctly, conduct basic leak testing, and ensure work quality.
- Install torch-on bitumen roof membranes using propane torches.
- Clean, level, and prime surfaces before installation; ensure proper overlap, sealing, and drainage slope formation.
Coordination and safety
- Coordinate with maintenance and site teams.
- Maintain tools and equipment and follow on-site safety procedures.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of UAE waterproofing experience or similar field experience.
- Good knowledge of waterproofing methods, including membranes and coatings.
- Ability to identify and fix leaks; physically fit and able to work in site conditions.
- Good teamwork, reading, writing, and communication skills.
Compensation and benefits
- Monthly salary is AED 2,200–2,500.
- Accommodation and transportation are provided by the company.
Work location
- Work is in person at site locations.
