Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, masonry, and basic civil works.
- Attend preventive and corrective maintenance requests and complete work within required timeframes.
- Inspect equipment, fixtures, and building systems to identify faults and maintenance needs.
- Perform minor electrical repairs, including replacing switches, sockets, lights, and basic components.
- Carry out basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing fittings, and clearing minor blockages.
- Assist with basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Perform minor carpentry, painting, tiling, plastering, and general repair work.
- Use tools, equipment, and materials properly and maintain them in good condition.
- Report major defects or technical issues requiring specialist attention.
- Maintain records of completed maintenance activities and work orders.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other technicians as needed.
- Keep work areas clean and safe, follow HSE and permit-to-work procedures, and respond to emergency maintenance requests when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician in facilities management, building maintenance, or a similar environment.
- Good practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance work.
- A technical certificate or diploma in a relevant trade is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic maintenance issues independently.
- Good knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and work orders.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in different site conditions.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
Pay
- Pay range is AED 2,800 to AED 3,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
