The employer is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Tile Mason to install tiles on floors, walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.

Responsibilities
- Measure and mark surfaces for precise tile placement and alignment.
- Cut, shape, and set tiles using hand and power tools.
- Prepare surfaces and apply mortar or mastic; level tiles for a consistent finish.
- Remove old tiles, grout, and adhesives as needed.
- Apply grout, remove excess, and seal or polish tiles to protect against moisture and damage.
- Follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications for designs and patterns.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and team members on installation projects.
- Maintain tools and equipment; follow safety protocols and building codes.
Requirements
- Two years of experience as a Tile Mason or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent; masonry or related vocational training is preferred.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with tile-cutting tools, saws, trowels, and other masonry equipment.
- Attention to detail, precise measuring and cutting, hand-eye coordination, and physical stamina for lifting heavy materials.
- Communication, teamwork, independent work, and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of tile types, installation techniques, and materials; familiarity with safety guidelines and building codes.
