Role Overview
Support day-to-day warehouse operations, stock control, receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Work closely with logistics, transport, and internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Verify inbound and outbound stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate with drivers, forklift operators, and logistics teams.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of stock.
- Maintain warehouse and inventory documentation.
- Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and delivery issues.
- Follow warehouse SOPs and HSE requirements.
- Support timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations.
- Hands-on experience in stock control and warehouse activities.
- Experience coordinating with drivers, transport teams, and forklift operators.
- Good understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability for stock accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Forklift certification is an advantage.
- DG cargo handling experience is preferred where applicable.
- Knowledge of WMS or inventory management systems is an advantage.
