Represent the company at the airport during flight check-in; monitor the process and support passengers and airline staff.
The representative does not perform check-in and helps resolve issues so flights depart smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Represent the company during flight check-in at the airport and monitor that procedures run on time.
- Be the main passenger contact for document, baggage, seating, delay, and denied-boarding issues.
- Liaise with airline check-in staff, ground handling, and airport authorities to resolve problems on the spot.
- Support Russian-speaking and English-speaking passengers.
- Escalate serious matters to the operations team and provide real-time updates.
Requirements
- Fluent Russian is mandatory; good spoken and written English is required.
- A bachelor’s degree, minimum, attested in the UAE is mandatory.
- Experience in airport operations, airline services, ground handling, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence.
- Ability to take initiative, make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment, and solve problems calmly under pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay
- Pay is AED 6,000 per month.
