The company is seeking an Operations Executive focused on BOE and documentation.
The role handles customs documentation, BOE processing, shipment coordination, and clearance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process Bills of Entry for import and export shipments.
- Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, delivery orders, and other customs documents.
- Coordinate customs clearance with brokers, forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and transporters.
- Monitor shipments from arrival through clearance and final delivery.
- Verify shipment details, HS codes, quantities, and values for customs compliance.
- Follow up on inspections, approvals, discrepancies, and shipment releases.
- Maintain accurate BOE, customs-document, and shipment records.
- Resolve documentation issues, clearance delays, and shipment discrepancies.
- Coordinate transportation after customs clearance.
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs requirements, company SOPs, and HSE standards.
- Handle Dangerous Goods documentation where applicable.
- Prepare shipment and operational reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, or shipping documentation.
- Hands-on experience with BOE preparation and customs documentation.
- Good knowledge of UAE customs procedures and import/export processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Dangerous Goods cargo handling or documentation experience is advantageous.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
