Sales Executive(Freight Forwarding & Logistics)

Role Overview

Sales and Business Development

• Drive sales across air, sea, road, and rail freight solutions.
• Generate new business and grow existing customer accounts.
• Understand logistics requirements and develop tailored freight solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing sheets.
• Coordinate rates with carriers and internal pricing teams.
• Negotiate service agreements and support commercial discussions.

Customer and Pipeline Management

• Manage logistics inquiries from customers and prospects.
• Handle documentation and follow up on inquiries, bookings, shipments, and service requests.
• Maintain CRM records, sales trackers, and pipeline updates.
• Build relationships with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor sales opportunities and report progress to management.
• Contribute to commercial targets.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3–4 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics sales, or logistics sales support.
• Strong commercial understanding of freight routings, pricing, carrier communication, and rate negotiations.
• Experience preparing quotations, coordinating pricing, and supporting end-to-end sales activities.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in freight forwarding and multimodal logistics sales is highly preferred.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation

• The pay is AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month.

Workplace

• The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
