The role facilitates receiving, moving, and clearing materials from ports and manages imports through the delivery system.
The position supports an efficient and safe distribution process in the Warehouse Operation and Distribution division.
Warehouse Coordination
- Receive, move, and store incoming products after customs clearance or local direct purchase.
- Inspect products and report damage or missing items.
- Report shipment status and delays to the Warehouse Coordinator.
Inventory
- Sort and store products using FIFO/FEFO methods in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare customer kits and labels accurately.
- Assist with monthly physical inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Check stock expiry and dispose of expired items according to instructions.
- Report damaged or missing inventory.
Transportation
- Prepare products for delivery according to delivery orders.
- Verify product quantity, type, and quality against supplier documents and inspection forms.
- Assist drivers with loading and offloading while preventing damage.
Administration and Safety
- File documents related to received and shipped products.
- Update Netsuite and manual records by scanning and uploading documents.
- Update and handle the DMS project.
- Follow instructions from the Assistant Distribution Manager.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse.
Requirements
- High school degree.
- 2–3 years of experience.
- Candidates must be based in KSA and willing to move to a company visa.
