Delivery and warehouse coordination
- Collect product-related documents from the warehouse and deliver products to customers as instructed.
- Collect faulty products from customers and return them to the warehouse for servicing.
- Respond to urgent warehouse calls and redirect deliveries as needed; follow warehouse instructions and rules.
- Coordinate delivery with receiving organizations and company or transport drivers.
Checks, documentation, and reporting
- Inspect item quality and quantity against invoices and delivery notes and report discrepancies.
- Document deliveries, obtain official customer receipts, and return signed and stamped documents to the warehouse.
- Provide customer visit and delivery reports to the Warehouse Manager from daily to weekly.
Safe travel
- Drive safely and comply with local traffic laws.
- Use online maps to identify routes and maintain an organized travel schedule with sufficient time to reach destinations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or at least a diploma.
- Valid KSA driving license and a clean driving record.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are considered, as applicable.
- Microsoft Office skills, good communication skills, and good follow-up.
Work area
- Field deliveries cover the Southern region and other Saudi areas as needed, under the direct manager’s guidance.
