Coordinate and participate in receiving, storing, loading, unloading, and delivering medical equipment.
Check product specifications and quantities during handling and delivery.
Accountabilities
- Receive products from ports and deliver them to the warehouse.
- Collect products and documents from the warehouse and deliver orders to customers throughout the UAE as instructed.
- Collect faulty customer products and return them to the warehouse for servicing.
- Load medical equipment properly and follow warehouse instructions and procedures.
- Submit daily work reports and respond to urgent calls that require delivery changes.
- Check product quality and quantities against invoices and delivery notes; report discrepancies.
- Return customer-signed and company-stamped documents to the warehouse.
- Follow UAE traffic rules, use online maps to plan routes, and organize travel schedules.
- Monitor fuel and vehicle maintenance, keep the vehicle clean, and maintain daily vehicle and GPS log records.
- Ensure timely renewal of company vehicle and personal driving licenses.
Requirements
- High school degree.
- 3–4 years of experience.
- Driver experience, manual driving license, and transportation skills.
- Candidate should be based in the UAE.
- Previous experience handling and transporting orthopedic products is preferred.
- Candidate should be willing to move to a company visa.
