Guest service and sales
- Greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials or menu changes.
- Recommend food and beverages and upsell to guests.
- Take orders using order pads or the POS system, including special customer requests.
- Issue bills and receipts, accept payments, and return change.
- Check on guests, respond to queries, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with food and service.
- Use upselling and customer-relations techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
Outlet operations and marketing
- Perform cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the branch manager or supervisor.
- Cover for absent staff at any outlet when needed.
- Encourage guest feedback on social media platforms.
- Create posts, reels, and stories for social media platforms with support from other staff.
- Support branch and operations managers with face-to-face and social media marketing; suggest cost-effective sales ideas.
- Complete manager-assigned tasks and distribute company pamphlets.
- Count inventory daily as instructed by the manager.
Experience
- Coffee and mini-mart experience is an advantage.
Pay
- Full-time role paying AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person; candidates may be asked whether they can work at any Dubai location.
