Missan IT Solutions seeks a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join its marketing department.
The primary focus is creating compelling written, visual and multimedia content to obtain lead generation that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging and shareable content for social media, website, blogs and email campaigns.
- Generate leads for the sales team through Google Ads and campaigns.
- Conduct photo shoots for social media posts and reels.
- Optimize content for SEO and track performance metrics using analytics tools.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media advertising.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) for engagement and growth.
- Develop and execute paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance and key metrics using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Manage the company's online reputation by responding professionally to customer feedback and reviews.
- Track ROI, conversions and engagement to optimize marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven experience in photography and videography.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and multimedia content creation (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
