Assist the IT department with maintaining computer systems, providing technical support, and supporting day-to-day IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and POS systems.
- Support users with login issues, email setup, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain hardware and software asset inventory.
- Monitor system performance and report issues.
- Assist with data backups and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT services when required.
- Document issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with Windows, MS Office, and common applications.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Pay
- AED 1,000–1,200 per month.
