Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently; provide information on menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Process orders using the POS system; handle cash, provide correct change, and balance the register at shift end.
- Keep dining areas, counters, and workstations clean and organized; clear tables as needed.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to fulfill customer orders promptly.
- Upsell items and provide informed menu recommendations.
Education, Experience, and Language
- Primary education is required.
- Three years of waiter or waitress experience are required.
- English is required.
Pay
- QAR 2,000–2,600 per month.
Work Location
- In person.
