Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, maintaining consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality.
- Provide a welcoming customer experience, understand customer preferences, and recommend signature coffee options.
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment; keep the preparation area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Stay informed about coffee and other menu items and upsell additional items.
- Collaborate and communicate with staff to provide efficient service and fulfill orders promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven barista experience; three years of Barista/Specialty Coffee experience is required.
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Primary education is required.
- English is required.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 2,000–2,500 per month.
