Steward duties
- Keep dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and available.
- Assist kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth workflow.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling properly and keep waste areas clean and organized.
- Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment to hygiene standards and help maintain a sanitized, orderly kitchen.
Dining and restaurant cleaning
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and dining-area surfaces; clear and reset tables for new guests.
- Keep restrooms clean and hygienic and replenish supplies as needed.
- Monitor and clean public areas and perform routine sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Support the team in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Similar-role experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 1,800–1,900 per month.
