Order delivery and coordination
- Deliver food orders accurately and promptly to the correct tables.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on order preparation and delivery.
- Communicate with the kitchen team to support timely order delivery.
- Relay customer feedback to the kitchen and address concerns.
Customer service and dining-area upkeep
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, respond to requests, and support their satisfaction.
- Keep dining areas and service stations clean and organized.
- Clear and reset tables for new guests.
Team collaboration
- Work with waitstaff and kitchen personnel to maintain smooth service.
- Assist with tasks that support restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- Previous Food Runner experience is described as beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Primary education is required.
- Two years of Food Runner experience is listed as required.
- English is required.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 2,000–2,200 per month.
