The Server / Waiter / Waitress provides customer service, takes and serves orders accurately, and supports a pleasant dining experience.
The role calls for a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and check guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Maintain clean and organized tables, service stations, and dining areas.
- Handle complaints professionally and report major issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure accurate billing and process payments efficiently.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to support smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications and skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Waiter/waitress or customer-service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; professional appearance and behavior.
- Basic math skills for cash and card payments.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay and employment
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Pay is QAR 3,000–3,500 per month.

- Work is in person.
