The Storekeeper manages inventory records and stock for raw materials, packaging, and supplies used in food-and-beverage operations.
The role helps prevent shortages and waste and maintain correct stock levels.
Responsibilities
- Receive deliveries and verify quantities, items, and quality against purchase orders or delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock daily.
- Store items according to FIFO/FEFO and safety standards.
- Prepare stock issue slips and issue items to production or operations as requested.
- Conduct stock checks and physical counts, and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and request replenishment in advance.
- Keep store areas clean and organized and follow hygiene and safety procedures.
- Follow proper handling and storage rules and help prevent waste and expired or damaged stock.
- Support audits with documents, inventory reports, and records.
Required qualifications and skills
- At least 2 years of Storekeeper experience in F&B, hospitality, or FMCG.
- Knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, and stock reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel or inventory systems.
- Good organization, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to follow hygiene, safety, and storage procedures.

- The position is full-time and permanent.
