Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and answer guest questions.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the MICROS/POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally according to hotel standards.
- Set up tables and keep them clean and ready for guests.
- Check guest satisfaction and respond politely to requests or complaints.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and restaurant colleagues for smooth service.
- Prepare and replenish buffet items, cutlery, crockery, and service stations when required.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in restaurant and service areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest bills and payments accurately when assigned.
- Report complaints, damaged equipment, and operational issues to the supervisor; follow hotel policies and grooming standards.
Pay
- AED 1,200–1,800 per month.
