Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, escort them to tables, and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally according to hotel service standards.
- Set up and prepare tables, replenish cutlery, glassware, napkins, and other service items.
- Keep the restaurant, dining area, and service stations clean and hygienic.
- Check guest satisfaction and respond politely to requests or complaints.
- Inform guests about menu items, daily specials, promotions, and available beverages.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, restaurant supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Process guest bills and handle cash or card payments when required.
- Follow food safety, health, hygiene, hotel operational, grooming, attendance, and conduct standards.
- Assist with room service, banquets, events, and other food-and-beverage operations when needed.
- Report complaints, maintenance issues, operational problems, and supply shortages to a supervisor; perform other assigned duties.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 1,200 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.

- Follow food safety, health, hygiene, and hotel operational standards.
- Follow hotel grooming standards, attendance policies, and code of conduct.
