Cleaning and stewarding duties
- Wash and sanitize utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and cooking equipment.
- Maintain hygiene in kitchen, dishwashing, and storage areas; clean floors, walls, drains, and kitchen equipment.
- Safely operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment.
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain waste disposal areas.
- Follow food-safety, hygiene, and health-and-safety regulations; handle cleaning chemicals safely.
- Assist the kitchen team with cleaning and other stewarding duties, and report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or hazards.
Pay
- AED 1,200–1,500 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant.
- Follow food-safety, hygiene, and health-and-safety regulations.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and according to instructions.
- Complete cleaning tasks according to hotel standards.
