The employer seeks a professional, elegant, customer-focused Waitress to deliver excellent service and memorable dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide personalized service; present menus and explain selections and recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to kitchen and barista teams, and serve promptly.
- Keep tables clean and arranged to café standards; handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and daily specials; process orders and payments using the POS system.
- Coordinate with service colleagues and follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness standards.
- Support daily opening, closing, and other operational duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waitress, Server, or Guest Service Associate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good command of English. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong customer-service skills, positive attitude, professional grooming, personal hygiene, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain service standards, and work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of POS systems and food safety practices is an advantage.
- Team-oriented approach and commitment to guest satisfaction; food handling certificate.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as QAR 3,000–3,500 per month.
