- Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when required
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders through the POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are maintained
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests or concerns efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting according to restaurant standards
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards
- Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a strong passion for hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Good grooming and professional appearance
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

About the Role
- SLRP Ramen & Rolls Bar is looking for energetic, service oriented, and passionate Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest experiences by delivering friendly, attentive, and efficient service while maintaining the highest hospitality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional dining experience.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when required.
