About the Role
SLRP Ramen & Rolls Bar seeks a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor (Arabic speaker) to oversee front-of-house operations, lead the team, and ensure exceptional dining experiences. - Supervise daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, motivate, and support the front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure all team members adhere to company service standards, policies, and procedures
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and on the job training
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Oversee table allocation, reservations, and seating arrangements
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently maintained
- Assist with staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and shift planning
- Support inventory management, stock control, and operational reporting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Team Leader in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and problem solving abilities
- Experience using POS systems and handling daily restaurant operations
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- UAE hospitality experience is preferred
