The role calls for a guest-focused attitude, good communication, and efficient teamwork.
Service duties
- Welcome guests and escort them to tables when required.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and take orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Keep tables, chairs, service stations, and dining areas clean and properly arranged; set tables according to service procedures.
- Respond to guest requests, questions, and complaints politely and professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors to support timely service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety procedures.
- Clear and reset tables; check that cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment are clean and in good condition.
- Support buffet setup, banquet service, and special events when required.
- Follow hotel or restaurant service standards and departmental policies.
Personal attributes and schedule
- A guest-focused attitude and good communication skills are required.
- Work efficiently as part of a team; be friendly, polite, responsible, flexible, and detail-oriented.
- Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Pay
- The listed pay range is AED 200–2,000 per month.
Work arrangement
- Work is in person in Dubai.
