Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, workstations, floors, and storage areas.
- Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils; operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely.
- Maintain hotel hygiene and sanitation standards, including cleanliness of garbage rooms, drains, and kitchen equipment.
- Collect, separate, and dispose of kitchen waste; store and handle cleaning chemicals safely.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and preparation support when required.
- Replenish cleaning materials and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow food safety, health, and safety procedures; report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or hygiene concerns.
- Support the stewarding team during busy service periods and special events.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous hotel or restaurant stewarding experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
Pay
- AED 900–1,000 per month.
