Waiter role providing guest service, order handling, table management, and payment processing.
Guest service and orders
- Greet and seat guests, present menus, explain specials, answer questions, and confirm orders.
- Enter orders in the POS system and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely preparation.
- Serve food and drinks correctly, check guest satisfaction, and handle or escalate complaints.
Service operations
- Set up, clean, clear, and reset tables during service.
- Suggest additional items and promote specials and seasonal offers.
- Process bills and cash, card, or digital payments accurately.
- Support colleagues and communicate guest needs to service and kitchen teams.
Requirements
- Three years of waiter experience is required.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards and maintain personal grooming and a clean uniform.
Work location
- Work is in person.
Pay
- The description states AED 1,250–1,400 per month; the structured salary states AED 1,250 per month.
